We are so engrossed in our lives & the hustle bustle of getting from point A to B that we have no time to glance at the beauty surrounding us W.H Davies said it right in a nutshell;
" A poor life this ,if full of care,
We have no time to stands and stare".
This image is from when I was going for a lot of job interviews a couple of years back.As I got off the car I saw this spot and thought I must photograph it.To most it was; a worn out generator, a concrete block of steps leading nowhere and the shortest brick wall. All the idiosyncrasies of a world we live in : imperfect & ordinary to most .
Extraordinary & a secret garden to me.That's where I differ.It's not just words to pull you in or a marketing tool: I truly am inspired by Life and it's realities.Having my camera on me that day gave me the ability to capture life the way I see it . To castles in our own backyard.
